  • Refactor monitoring stack: split old modules/monitoring.nix into proper
    reusable modules (hosts/common/optional/monitoring.nix and
    monitoring-server.nix) with explicit options for client/server modes
  • Delete hosts/common/btrfs-scrub.nix (unused; hosts use services.btrfs.autoScrub directly)
  • Add hosts/common/optional/syncthing.nix for shared syncthing config
  • Fix modules/firezone-fix.nix: add logLevel/apiUrl options, use
    services.firezone.gateway.name for enable condition to avoid conflicts
    with NixOS's built-in firezone module
  • Lint all host configs (giga, mail, public, vpn): remove commented-out
    code, flatten nested attrsets, consistent spacing, remove trailing
    whitespace
  • Wire mail and public hosts to import monitoring-server.nix module
